FESTIVAL PASSES
Want to get the most out of Cardiff Animation Festival? Buy a Festival Pass for access to all events on Friday 20th, Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd April. If you want to go to lots of CAF events, a Festival Pass will save you money compared to individual tickets. A limited number of even better value Early Bird passes are available. How do Festival Passes work?
When you collect your Festival Pass from the Box Office at Chapter, our festival venue, you will be asked which festival events you wish to attend, and you will be given free tickets to each of those events with your Festival Pass.
What if I change my mind after I collect my tickets?
If you can't make it to an event you've collected a ticket for, return it to Chapter's Box Office (or call them on +44 (0)29 2030 4400 to let them know) and your ticket for that event will be released so another festival-goer can enjoy it.
If you decide you want to go to a CAF event that you didn't claim a ticket for when you collected your Festival Pass, just go to Chapter's Box Office and collect a free ticket for that event with your Festival Pass.
What if an event is sold out?
All ticket holders need to be in their seats 5 minutes before the event/screening begins, because if the event is sold out, we will allow pass holders to take any remaining seats on a first-come-first-served basis.
Can I buy tickets to individual events if I don't want a full pass?
Yes - tickets for individual events on Friday 20th, Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd April will go on sale when our full programme and festival calendar is released later in March.
INDUSTRY DAY PASSES
Our Cardiff Industry Day on Thursday 19th April at Chapter will include panels, one-to-ones, a keynote, coffee, drinks and plenty of networking opportunities. How do Industry Day Passes work?
With your Industry Day Pass you will have access to all CAF events on Thursday 19th April, from 1pm to 7pm. Just collect your Industry Day Pass from Chapter's Box Office prior to or at the Industry Day.
Can I buy tickets to individual events if I don't want a full pass?
No - Industry Day events are only accessible with a full Industry Day Pass. Get them while they're hot!
