AVGOUSTA ZOURELIDI

Avgousta Zourelidi is a highly experienced award winning director in the animation industry. She has ten year's experience working on various projects, as episode, development and feature director. Her career has taken her around the world, working with studios in the UK, Finland, Canada, France and China. She has worked on shows such as Chuggington and Angry Birds. In 2016 she directed a feature length animated film, Monster High: Electrified, for Mattel. Most recently she worked as Episode Director on the award winning TV-Series Moominvalley at Gutsy Animations, UK. She is currently developing a new series project with Gutsy. In 2019 she launched the ‘Directors In Animation Podcast.’ A show all about the ups and downs of directing animation projects.
