Tom is co-founder and joint managing director of Blue Zoo, wearing many hats, including looking after strategy, creative initiatives and outreach. Tom is also very active with skills and future talent development, acting as Chair of the ScreenSkills Animation Skills Council and a non-executive director of Access:VFX and NextGen Skills Academy. He founded AnimDojo, to help resolve some of the skills issues the industry is currently facing.
