For the first time The British Animation Awards (the BAAs) are going live across the UK, and Cardiff Animation Festival are delighted to host the BAAs in Cardiff.

 

The main awards ceremony at the BFI Southbank, London will be live streamed to Chapter, Cardiff, and venues across the country where the great and the good of the British animation world will gather to celebrate together.

 

Presented by comedian Miles Jupp and headline sponsored by Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe, the BAAs ceremony will unveil the latest names to join the list of illustrious winners from past years which includes Nick Park, Joanna Quinn, Tim Burton, Martin Freeman, Simon Tofield and Gorillaz.

 

Join us at Chapter from 6:30pm for food and drinks with animation friends old and new, then put your party hat on and celebrate the winning work in style as the ceremony is streamed live from London.

 

The BAAs in Cardiff are supported by Creative Wales and Cloth Cat Animation.
