CAF 2020 SHORTS 1:
What goes on in your MIND?
Come with us on a journey to look below the surface and explore inner worlds, with this diverse programme of films exploring darkness and joy. These films shine a light on neurodiversity and mental illness, as well as the tangled and messy mental landscapes inside all of our heads. From animated documentaries about addiction, trauma, survival and forgiveness, to stories about OCD, loneliness, mental struggles and epiphanies, this program will get your synapses firing and make you think.
Let's find some peace of mind.
Dewch ar daith gyda ni a chael cip dan yr wyneb mewn rhaglen amrywiol o ffilmiau llawn llawenydd a thywyllwch. Bydd pob ffilm yn datgelu rhywbeth am neuroamrywiaeth, iechyd meddwl, a’n mieri meddyliol ni i gyd. O ffilmiau dogfen am ddibyniaeth, trawma, goroesi a maddeuant, i straeon am OCD, unigrwydd, iechyd meddwl ac epiffani, bydd y rhaglen hon yn tanio’r dychymyg ac yn gwneud i chi feddwl. Dewch mewn am dawelwch meddwl.
