Siân Gale Skills & Development Manager, Bectu / CULT Cymru

Siân leads skills and development initiatives for Bectu in Wales through the highly regarded joint-union learning programme, CULT Cymru. This programme is dedicated to supporting and empowering creative workers across Screen, Theatre, and Live Events.

A passionate advocate for fair work, equity, diversity, inclusion, and the Welsh language, Siân plays a key role in shaping CULT Cymru’s progressive agenda. With support from the Wales Union Learning Fund, Creative Wales and partners the CULT Cymru team are pioneers of innovative training courses and events for creative workers, particularly freelancers and have recently launched the ‘Engaging Creative Freelancers Best Practice Guide’.
