Come with us on a journey to look below the surface and explore inner worlds, with this diverse programme of films exploring darkness and joy. These films shine a light on neurodiversity and mental illness, as well as the tangled and messy mental landscapes inside all of our heads. From animated documentaries about addiction, trauma, survival and forgiveness, to stories about OCD, loneliness, mental struggles and epiphanies, this program will get your synapses firing and make you think.
